Ketam Black Pepper / Black Pepper Crab

Bahan-Bahan :

3 ekor Ketam

2 inci Halia (dihiris halus memanjang)
3 ulas Bwg putih (dicincang)
2 ulas Bwg kecil (dicincang)
1 sudu makan Lada Hitam (ditumbuk kasar)
Sos Tiram
Sos Black Pepper (xde pun xpe)

1 Paket Perencah Black Pepper Maggi
Gula

Minyak

Cara-Cara :

1) Tumis Halia, Bwg Putih & Bwg Merah sampai naik bau
2) Masukkan semua sos yang kat atas tu
3) Masukkan juga lada hitam yg dah ditumbuk dan Perencah Black Pepper Maggi
4) Masukkan ketam
5) Kacau biar sebati dan kemudian ditutup sekejap biar isi ketam masak
6) Lebih kurang 10-15 minit tu dah boleh tutup api
7) Garam x perlu diletak kerana sos-sos tersebut sudah masin

INGREDIENTS :

3 large live crabs
1 tablespoon ginger (peeled, minced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 cloves small onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon black peppercorns (coarsely ground)
Oyster sauce
Black pepper sauce
1 Packet of Black Pepper Brand Maggi
Sugar
Oil

To Prepare :

1) Clean the crabs and cut into halves.

2) Pour off all but 3 tbsp of oil from wok, add garlic, ginger and small onion stir-fry for about 1 min
3) Add all the sauces and stir to combine.

4) Add black peppercorns and the whole packet of black pepper brand maggi
5) Add the crabs and stir to coat with the sauce, then cover with a lid
6) Cook 10-12 mins [check the sauce does not dry up too much; add some water if necessary]
7) When crabs are just cooked [red in color], turn off heat.

8) Remove crabs from the wok and keep warm, let stand for 10 min [for flavors to meld]
